Andrea Dominique Illy is an Environmental scientist who graduated from NYU in 2018, who always nurtured a profound passion for coffee and regenerative practices. Her commitment extends to crafting circular economy solutions within the realm of personal care products, aiming to enhance health and well-being. Actively involved in advocating sustainable practices within the Beauty & Personal Care sector, Andrea also pioneers inventive strategies to harmonize business success with a positive planetary influence. Prior to this, she garnered experience at the strategic consulting firm Bain & Company in Milan.

Through Amarey, the aim is to enhance every element of the powerful coffee plant, the Coffea Arabica, but above all, to transfer the scientifically recognized benefits of its use from the food sector to the cosmetic one. Coffee now takes on a new life in a gesture of beauty.

It is the first coffee of the morning, it is espresso for the skin.
